This agreement sets forth the terms under which Italian Travel Artisans, doing business as Italia Dolce Vita and Italy with Me (“Company”), a registered seller of travel in Florida (ST#37794), provides customized travel services for all travelers listed on the booking form (“Traveler(s)”).

Company acts as agent for independent service providers. We design personalized Italian travel experiences, including accommodations, dining, transportation, tours, wine and culinary experiences, and 24/7 travel support.

Company is not liable for injury, property damage, delays, or irregularities caused by third-party providers. By using our services and making payment, Traveler(s) agree to hold Company harmless and seek claims from providers directly after arrival.

• Planning Fee: $250 non-refundable for up to 2 travelers, plus $100 per additional traveler. Applied toward final trip cost.
• Deposit: 30% due at proposal acceptance (non-refundable; may vary for peak season).
• Second Payment: 60% due 90 days prior to departure.
• Final Balance: Due 30 days prior to departure.
• Expedited Bookings: Full payment required if booked within 60 days of departure.
• Accepted Payments: AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD (no fees), or bank transfer.
• Late Payment: Unpaid balances by due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

• Written cancellations required.
• Processed within 5 business days, effective on date of written acknowledgment.
• Penalties:
  • 90–60 days before start: 50% penalty
  • 59–30 days before start: 75% penalty
  • 30 days or less: 100% penalty
• Non-Refundable: Planning fees, vendor deposits, processing fees, and non-recoverable supplier costs.
• Train Tickets: Non-changeable and non-refundable once issued. Changes require new ticket purchase.
• Hotels: Nonrefundable from booking.
• No Shows/Incomplete Travel: No refunds for abandoned or incomplete travel.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Declining insurance requires a signed waiver (see italiadolcevita.com).

Travelers are responsible for valid passports (6+ months beyond return), visas, and health requirements. Names must match passports. Name errors may require rebooking at Traveler’s expense.

• Date Changes: Up to 60 days prior, $150 fee per change plus any cost difference.
• Itinerary Changes: $50 fee per modification before final documents.
• Air Tickets: $50 fee before ticketing; $300+ after ticketing plus fare differences.
• Train Tickets: Non-refundable, non-changeable once issued.

Company is not responsible for disruptions beyond control (e.g., disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, supplier default). Standard cancellation terms apply, but Company will assist in rebooking when possible.

• Review all documents upon receipt
• Pay tourist taxes and local fees directly
• Maintain travel insurance
• Follow health/safety requirements
• Disclose relevant medical conditions

Travelers assume all risks and release Company from liability for medical costs, injuries, or damages from travel activities. No refunds for unused services if trip is interrupted.

Primary communication via email and text. 24/7 support provided during travel.

Claims must be made within 30 days of trip completion. Legal action within one year. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Sarasota, Florida (AAA rules).
