We design trips based on your travel wishes, our extensive knowledge, continuous research and vast network of carefully selected guides, drivers, local experts, charming accommodations and best small restaurants and trattorias to create the Ultimate Italian Experience for our clients.  

We offer travel agent services like air travel reservations, car rental, and travel insurance.  

We can also give you details of the best flights to book if you have points you wish to use.

The sooner the better. Ideally 6 months in advance, especially in the high season (May to October). We can do it in less time, but the risk is not having first choice on hotels, tour guides, and drivers. And our goal is to give you the best. 

Based on the location, budget and interests we will propose what we consider the very best lodging experience. From charming, small B&B, to historical residences or a luxury 5-star resort, you can rest assured that our standards of quality, location, service and charm are always met. 

The vacations we create are bundled packages and therefore we do not provide a breakdown of costs. Our local suppliers often give us a bundled price for the services provided and so we do the same for our clients. Also, the budgeting process is quite extensive and complicated due to exchange rates, multiple suppliers, banking fees, etc. It is therefore easier and more cost effective to present one price.

 You will receive one invoice for all services planned for your trip which can be paid by all major credit cards. No need to give your credit card details over and over or deal directly with suppliers. The services are paid in advance for a worry-free vacation. This guarantees against supplier default as we take full responsibility for the bookings.  

We require $250.00 nonrefundable fee to begin the planning process for 6 travelers and $100 nonrefundable fee per additional traveler. This fee is later applied to the services booked through Italia Dolce Vita.

We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance that also includes trip cancellation. Anything can happen before you depart or while you are on vacation and you should protect your investment. You will receive a PDF Version of your trip via email with all vouchers and travel related information you can print so you can have a hardcopy.

However we provide you with a personal travel app link where all your travel details and itinerary ca be accessed while traveling, including all tickets and vouchers, as well as walking directions to your meeting points when needed.
